We at the Biobased And Renewable Products Advocacy Group (BRAG or we, our, us) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy disclosure explains our policies and practices regarding on-line information about you. It is through this Policy that we intend to provide you with a level of confidence in how we collect, use, and safeguard personal and other information that we collect or information that you may provide during your visit to our website. We will also provide you with the necessary information to contact us should you have questions or concerns. By using this website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information about BRAG and Our Website:
This Privacy Policy applies to www.braginfo.org, which is owned and maintained by B&C Consortia Management, L.L.C., 2200 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Suite 100W, Washington, D.C. 20037-1701.

The purposes of this website are to: helps members bring their innovative products to market, including biobased chemicals, renewable energy and advanced biofuels, through insightful policy and regulatory advocacy. On certain portions of this website, you will have the opportunity to request information or to sign up for a newsletter. When providing personal information in these instances, it is collected by BRAG and is subject to this Privacy Policy.

Personally Identifiable Information We Collect from You:
When you visit www.braginfo.org, we will not collect any personal information from you unless you provide this information voluntarily. Personal information includes information that is particular to you such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. This personal information is not required to access our site. You would not be able to request more information or sign up for e-mail newsletters, however, without providing this information.

The purpose of collecting personally identifiable information from you when you visit the BRAG website is used only for the purpose we state at the time of collection. For example, we would request information to fulfill a request for information by you or your request to be included in our mailing list for future newsletters or other e-mails.

What Do We Do with the Personal Information We Collect?
We only use your personally identifiable information for those activities listed at the time you submit your information to us. For example, if you provide us with an e-mail to inform you of special events, then that is what we will use your e-mail address to do. If we would like to use your personally identifiable information for an unrelated activity, we will first request your consent to do so.

What Other Information Do We Gather?
When you visit the BRAG website, we track information, including the domain name and the name of the web page from which you entered our site, and how much time you spend on each of our pages. We also collect information that is combined with other web visitors' information, such as how many times visitors click on each web page and the methods by which our site was found. An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you are using your browser on the Internet. Methods We Use to Collect Information:

Who Can Use the Information We Collect and How?

What Is Our Privacy Policy If You Are under 13 Years of Age?
We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of all individuals, especially the very young. BRAG neither targets nor sells its services to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ordering any online services is restricted to adults who are either 18 years of age or older or as otherwise legally defined.

What Happens When You Link to a Third-Party Website?
If you click on a link and go to another site, you will be subject to that website's privacy policy. What Happens If We Sell Our Business?
